Description of Emotion

Sifting hay through fingers
Feeling the roughness together
Under each nail
And against the skin,
Across the cheek,
Down the back,
Only to lay upon the ground.

Following fluid motion
A small commotion follows
As a skin felt murmur
A disquieting sensation
As an itch of frustration
By the hay’s irritation
To the skins emotion.
