Silence Sought

Sleeping
Peaceful
Silence sought
For my being

Sleeping
Regretful
Silence sought
For my thinking

Cool and calm, the winds blow
Billowing up, within my soul
Quiet and sincere, the feelings go
Flowing up and down, so very slow.

Weaving about, in waves they flow
Stream of thoughts, all aglow
Flooding my mind, and times to sew
Of silence sought, form head to toe.

Little ideas, in lights to fly
Of eyes that glow, from one too shy
That eyes uncomforted, tend to cry
Tears uncradled, on ground they lie.

Sleeping
Remorseful
Silence sought
For my being

Sleeping
Dreadful
Silence sought
For my thinking

To kindness floating, about heaven
From sky of tears, quite uneven
I sense a face, walking trodden
With lines of age, old and leaden.

A woman and man, down cast
From adventures saught at last
A face for all, is mystic mast
A cloth so sullen, Sinking so fast.

For ideas to flow, above my chest
From my eyes to see, fairness blessed
Of creatures I know, ones I detest
For simplicity lies, upon the crest.

Sleeping
unwanted
Silence sought
For my being

Sleeping
Fallen
Silence sought
For my thinking

Sleeping
Impatient
Silence sought
Sought, bewildered
Silence sought
Patience again
Only
Sleeping
